What we did
We installed a new Goodman gas furnace with a cooling coil, a new Goodman condenser outside, and a replacement indirect water heater, along with the electrical work for the new equipment, including a double-pole circuit breaker. The gas line was run to the furnace and the flue pipe connected.
The first Wi-Fi thermostat we fitted only controlled cooling, so we came back and replaced it with one that runs both heating and cooling.
The result
After the thermostat change, the furnace, central air and Wi-Fi thermostat were all working. Job completed October 10, 2026.
