The closest Nassau town to our shop, about a straight run west on Route 109 or Conklin Street. Farmingdale mixes 1920s village homes with compact oil-fired hot-water systems, post-war ranches with shallow attics, and commercial buildings along the Route 110 corridor. Wall-hung combi boilers, oil-to-gas conversions and ductless cooling for homes without ducts are the jobs we do most here.

Plainview is largely 1950s and 60s splits, ranches and expanded capes, many with original ductwork running through crawlspaces and attics that was sized for much smaller cooling loads.
