What we did

The household had lost hot water and the boiler was leaking. We diagnosed a bad water feed valve, air bleeder, relief valve and expansion tank, and replaced all of them along with the gauge.

The domestic hot water coil inside the boiler was also leaking, so we replaced it with a new tankless coil made for this Crown boiler.

The result

With the coil replaced, heat and hot water were both working. Job completed September 30, 2026.
